Privacy Policy for MultiShots

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

Last Updated: October 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MultiShots (the "App") processes information when you use the App. MultiShots is developed by MrsPlayStuff.

1. Information the App Processes

Camera, photos, and drafts

The App uses your camera to take photos. Photos and drafts are processed and stored locally on your device. The App's code does not send photos or drafts to the developer's servers. If you save or share a photo, Android or the app you share it with may process it separately. Photos saved to your device's gallery must be deleted there if you want to remove them.

Face analysis

The App may use on-device face detection for image processing and image evaluation. This analysis is not used to identify who a person is, and face data is not sent to the developer's servers.

Advertising

If ads are enabled in the version you use, they are provided through Google AdMob. Google may then process information such as your IP address, advertising ID or other device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics. Google's processing is governed by Google's privacy terms. Consent and ad choices are handled through Google's consent solution where required. You can also change available advertising and privacy choices in your Android settings.

Pro purchases

If Pro purchases are available, payments are processed by Google Play. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase status and access to Pro features. This may involve processing purchase history, product and transaction information, a customer identifier, and technical information. We do not receive your card number or full payment details from Google Play.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

Information is processed to provide camera and image features, manage any Pro purchases, show ads if enabled, and maintain the App's security and stability. Photos and drafts are processed locally so the App's features work. Purchases are processed to provide the features you buy. For advertising that requires consent, processing is based on the consent you give through the consent solution. Necessary operation and security may be based on our legitimate interests.

3. Storage and Deletion

Photos and drafts are stored on your device and can be deleted in the App, by clearing the App's data, or by uninstalling the App. Photos exported to your gallery must be deleted from the gallery. Android backup or other device backup services may store data separately, depending on your settings. Information held by Google Play, AdMob, or RevenueCat is retained according to each service's own rules and settings.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. When relevant features are active, information may be processed by Google Play, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat for purchases, advertising, and management of Pro access, respectively. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Permissions

The App requests camera access to take photos. Android may request additional access when photos are saved or shared, depending on the Android version and storage method. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Any advertising access and consent choices can be managed through the consent solution and Android settings.

6. International Transfers

Third-party providers may process information outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When personal information is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer must comply with applicable data protection laws and use appropriate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

Where data protection laws apply, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe personal information is being processed unlawfully.

More information is available from Datatilsynet.

8. Children

The App is not specifically directed at children. We do not ask children to provide personal information directly to the developer.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information we process. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes

This Policy may be updated when the App or its processing changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
